If the numbers work, we schedule a 30-minute call to go through the detail.
No commitment at any stage until you sign off on a full FOB quote.
All briefs are treated as confidential. If you need an NDA before sharing product details, tick the box in the form — no legal bill for you to review it.

As much or as little as you have. A rough product description, a target FOB price per unit and your target market is enough for a feasibility check. We don't need finished drawings or a final spec to tell you if the numbers could work.
MOQ varies by product category and factory. Most stainless drinkware runs start at 500–1,000 units. Cookware and multi-material products are typically 1,000+ units. We'll confirm the factory MOQ in the feasibility assessment.
Yes. We work with brands at concept stage through to established businesses expanding their range. If you have a product idea but no spec, our design and engineering team handles the full development process. The only requirement is a serious intent to manufacture.
All briefs are treated as confidential from the moment we receive them. If you need a signed NDA before sharing product details, tick the box in the form and we'll send one before the conversation continues.
We use the oneNDA standard — a free, peer-reviewed mutual NDA template developed with leading law firms including Linklaters and adopted by thousands of organisations globally. No custom redlining, no legal bill for you to review it, no delay.
Whether the product is manufacturable at your target FOB price given your volume. If the answer is yes, we'll include a rough FOB range and a recommended factory cluster. If the answer is no, we'll tell you why and what it would take to change it — not just a polite decline.
Yes, with advance arrangement. Factory visits are possible once an active project is underway. We coordinate through Bob in Hangzhou or Guangzhou. For sampling and production milestones, a client visit is often a good idea.
No obligation, no fee. The feasibility assessment is free. We don't charge until you commit to a full project — and at that point everything is in writing before any work begins.
